1.1. Acceptance of Terms – By accessing or purchasing from Hayal.Co, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1.2. Changes to Terms – We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Orders

2.1. Product Availability – We strive to keep our inventory updated, but we do not guarantee that all items will be available at all times.
2.2. Pricing & Payments – Prices are listed in AUD (changeable) and may change without notice. We accept payments via square pay, which accepts visa, debit, Mastercard.
2.3. Order Confirmation – After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1. Shipping Times – Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control and we sincerely apologise in advance.
3.2. International Orders – Customers outside Australia are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
3.3. Lost or Damaged Packages – If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at co.hayal7@gmail.com.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1. Return Policy – Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery in their original, unworn, unopened condition.
4.2. Non-Returnable Items – Items such as hijabs, undercaps, accessories or sale items can NOT be returned.
4.3. Refunds – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the return is processed.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. No Guarantees – We do our best to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that our Site or products will be error-free.
7.2. Liability Cap – Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
